एल्डर फस्ट के दरवाजे हर एक बुजुर्ग के लिए खुले हैं। इस सैंटर में बुजुर्ग की देखभाल समुचित तरीके से होती है। मुझे यहॉ आये लगभग दो साल हो चुके हैं। इन दो सालों में मैने पाया कि मेरा एकाकी जीवन मुखर हो गया है। पदाधिकारियों एवम् कर्मचारियों की सेवा ने मुझे जो संतुष्टि दी है वह काबिले तारीफ है न तो अकेलापन महसूस होता है और न जीवन में कोई कमी नजर आती है।

The genuine intention with which Mr. Deepak Bhandari has built this, transpires through the tiniest of the functions and processes of the place and the people working with him. I, Shipra Chauhan, was introduced to the facility by my niece in-law, who affirmed this was an appropriate and comfortable place for me to stay. The then coordinator, Ankur Saxena supported her with my smooth transition to the facility in every way. After my arrival, I have never looked back as the treatment offered with the politeness The dietary preciseness provided and personal care taken by dietician Pooja Gupta is It is a second lease of life - I have gone from someone who was lonely and ridden with Moreover the security here is immaculate and special attention and concern is given to Elder care not just feels like home but is my home now.

मैं कुसुम सक्सेना अपने बेटे-बहू के साथ बहुत आराम से रह रही थी। किसी तरह की कोई परेशानी नहीं थी। सेवा भी बहुत अच्छे से हो रही थी। सितम्बर 2021 मेरे बेटे-बहू की एक शादी में बिलासपुर जाना था, तब मुझे Elder First Group Preet Akiya के विषय में पता चला और मैं यहाँ सिर्फ 10 दिनों के लिए रहने आई थी। सेवा, भाव, व्यवस्था, साफ़-सफाई, भोजन और स्टाफ़ के व्यवहार से सेवा भाव से बहुत ही प्रभावित हुई और 10 दिन बाद मैंने स्थायी रूप से यहाँ रहने का निर्णय ले लिया और मैंने उनसे अपने मन की बात कही कि अब मैं अपने अंतिम समय तक यही रहना चाहती हूँ।

Since mid-July 2025 I have lived at Aikya Elder First in a 1 BH flat. It is cosy and comfortable. Besides, all the care and security I feel here is more than ever before in my life. Now at 71 years young with a bipolar condition from childhood, with other milder age/ lifestyle issues, I feel well looked after by the in-house nurse and regular visits by a GP. Food! We have clean home-cooked food with plenty of variety as well as all meals on time. Special needs are looked after well whether about food or outdoor visits. We are located in a posh area of Bhopal with premium shops and eateries nearby as well. Our visitors / relatives are looked after as honoured guests. We celebrate too! National holidays as well as Ganesh Utsav, Diwali and Christmas are celebrated with fervour also each resident's birthday is celebrated with goodies and cake and music Our regular medicines are promptly made available at rebated costs. I am grateful and joyful to be here at this time of my life's journey.
