To address this, a rental-based model is being used, involving a one-time deposit and monthly rental fee, making it more feasible for the middle-class. Expanding rental-based senior living options in different cities is crucial to provide care and support for a significant proportion of the aging population, easing the burden on families and improving the overall well-being of senior citizens.
Pilot property with 16 rooms in Bhopal, successfully operational for the past 4 years.
Intend to scaling the model in Tier 1 & Tier 2 Indian towns, with approximately 25 rooms in each property.
